PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
CashOut B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services, your employer has provided them to us and/or because you provide this information to us yourself.
BELOW YOU WILL FIND AN OVERVIEW OF THE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
- First and last name;
- Date of birth;
- Telephone number;
- Email address;
- IP address;
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile in the CashOut B.V. app, in correspondence and by phone;
- Information about your activities in our app;
- Data related to your personnel and payroll administration;
- Information regarding your working days and times;
- Bank account number;
- Passport photo;
- Website and staff platform.
To improve our online services, CashOut B.V. records data when visiting its app. This concerns the following data:
- IP address;
- Date;
- Length of visit;
- Behavioral analysis.
Information about people under the age of 16
Our website and/or service does not intend to process data from website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. CASHOUT B.V. PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES
- For the purpose of payroll administration;
- For proper execution of the agreement that you conclude with CashOut;
- To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to perform our services;
- Informing you about (changes to) our services and products;
- To offer you the opportunity to create an account;
- CashOut B.V. also processes personal data if it is legally obliged to do so, such as for payroll administration.
BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data may be necessary to execute an agreement, to which you, as the person concerned, are a party or in the phase before that to reach an agreement.
Furthermore, CashOut B.V. processes personal data on the basis of a legal obligation, such as its administrative obligation, and complies with the legal retention periods.
It is also possible that CashOut B.V. has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data. CashOut B.V. uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks.
Correction will take place if the personal data is factually incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant for the purpose for which it is being processed or otherwise processed in violation of privacy regulations.
